  • Job Title: Business Operations Analyst, Marketing and Media VP Office
  • Job Summary: As we continue to grow, we have come to a point where we need some relationship builders who are dedicated to quality and who lead with integrity and respect to support our Marketing and Media VP Office. We have created a new Business Operations Analyst role in the Marketing and Media VP Office to ensure effective support of the overall Marketing and Media organization, enhanced decision making, and streamlined various operational processes. You’ll join a team of people (aka Trainers) who are Passionate for Pokémon and play a key role in creating a great employee experience or #lifeatTPCI.

What you’ll do

  • Provide analytical support to the Marketing and Media VP Office by aggregating data from multiple sources, calculating data in Excel/spreadsheets, developing visual outputs as requested, and summarizing/synthesizing results.
  • Perform various data analysis using Excel, using functions such as pivot tables, SUM, AVERAGE, COUNT, IF, VLOOKUP, INDEX, and MATCH.
  • Aggregate and cross-analyze data from multiple sources to develop actionable insights, including financials, budgets, market research, and other internal data.
  • Provide PowerPoint support by creating slides/presentations as directed, standardizing formatting, reviewing for content accuracy, and consolidating slides from various teams to create cohesive presentations.
  • Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders and cross-functional leaders, helping to coordinate large-scale meetings, events/conferences, and related logistics.
  • Supports the development of key presentation materials including items such as decks, handouts etc. with dedication to quality and attention to detail as an extension of the team you support.
  • Handle highly confidential and/or sensitive departmental matters with discretion and tact.
  • Provide in-office support to the Marketing and Media VP Office and perform related duties as assigned.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3-4+ years of work experience, including experience analyzing data.
  • You are driven to create great experiences for others and have a genuine passion for providing outstanding support.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner and meeting deadlines, develops alternative solutions
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.
  • Preferred qualifications include: Japanese language proficiency (e.g., Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 1+), work experience at both Japanese and US corporations, project management/event planning experience, ability to perform more complex analyses in Excel (e.g., VBA scripts)

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $78,000.00 - $93,100.00 per year. The full range is $78,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
