- Job Title: Assistant Licensing Manager, LATAM (Promotions)
- Job Summary: The Assistant Licensing Manager – Latin America will play a key role within the Licensing team, ensuring that projects, initiatives, and day-to-day operations are executed with excellence, on time, and in line with business objectives. This role is designed to strengthen the team’s foundation by driving operational efficiency, maintaining accountability across projects, and providing consistent support to internal stakeholders, licensees, and partners. While the primary focus is project and operational support, this role is also intended as a growth opportunity. The Assistant Licensing Manager will be expected to develop strong knowledge of licensing practices, build relationships with partners, and demonstrate the ability to take on greater responsibilities over time. In the medium term, this position is intended to progress toward managing clients and categories independently, preparing the candidate for future leadership within the Licensing team.

What you’ll do

Project Coordination & Tracking: Own the coordination and tracking of licensing projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are consistently met. Anticipate potential risks, escalate issues as needed, and recommend proactive solutions to keep projects on track.

Operational Support: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, presentations, and other deliverables to support licensing initiatives at both regional and local levels.

Licensee & Partner Support: Serve as a reliable operational point of contact for licensees and partners, assisting with day-to-day needs, providing clear communication, and ensuring alignment with internal processes and standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional teams—including Retail Marketing, Marketing, PR, Live Events and TCG Sales—to align strategies and guarantee smooth execution of initiatives across Latin America.

Promotions & Events: Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, activations, and regional events, ensuring consistent brand representation and effective delivery.

Retail & Product Support: Support the Senior Manager in coordinating with retail partners and licensees to ensure timely product approvals, smooth product launches, and strong retail visibility.

Reporting & Insights: Maintain accurate project documentation, prepare status reports, and provide leadership with clear visibility into progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Professional Development: Gradually take on increased responsibility for managing specific accounts or categories under the guidance of the Senior Manager, building the skills necessary to operate independently in the future.
What you’ll bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in project management, marketing, live events, licensing, FMCG, or related industries. Prior exposure to working with external partners or clients is needed.

Languages: Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Latin American Spanish, at near-native level.
