Job Title: Workplace Services Manager

Job Summary: This role is responsible for supervising the efficient operations of the onsite workplace office services and associated vendors relationship

FLSA Classification (US Only): Exempt

This role is required to be in office 4-5 days a week

What you’ll do
-
Oversee the daily workflow and operations of the in-office workplace services and employee experience
-
People Management: manage and train a team of Facilities contractors that provide facility support to the office building and employees, including supply stocking and shipping & receiving services, and departmental onsite events or meetings

Vendor Management: manage a variety of vendor relationships and performance including but not limited to coffee and breakroom services, catering and food services, plants and agriculture, janitorial services, printing, courier and shipping services

Event Coordination: promote events within the building hosted by Property Management and collaborate with them on new offerings for employees, including gym classes and multi-tenant social gatherings

Serve as a representative of the Facilities team with Property Management and communicate building announcements to employees

Responsible for triaging and responding to incoming Facilities emails, slack messages, and Facilities tickets

Manage a variety of Facilities calendars, vendors contracts, and COI’s

Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events

Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment

Manage the Shipping and Receiving Program for the office

Collaborate with other appropriate management to prepare and implement budget
What you’ll bring
-
Five+ (5+) years of relevant experience, plus a minimum of one (1) year of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including experience as a leader of contracted staff, vendors, and as a leader of projects - dynamic, strategic and resourceful
-
Basic understanding of or the ability to quickly learn vendor contracts and facilities services that need to be maintained
-
Understanding of COI’s and experience using Facilities ticketing systems
-
Previous experience in managing mailroom services or shipping & receiving functions

Experience in calendar and project management
-
Ability to understand and create written directions in SOPs and process implementation

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as required to complete and maintain records, especially having experience using Outlook calendar and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $96,000.00 - $114,000.00 per year. The full range is $96,000.00 - $144,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
