- Job Title: Product Marketing Manager, LATAM (IC3)
- Job Summary: Product Marketing Manager - LATAM is a newly created position tasked with accelerating the growth of the Pokémon business in Latin America. This position works with the Sr. Manager, Marketing – LATAM to shape regional marketing strategy and lead high‑impact campaigns that elevate the Pokémon brand. This position collaborates with cross-functional marketing and business partners to develop omni channel marketing plans that support brand activations spotlighting multiple Pokémon products and experiences, helping teams align on messaging, goals and tactics. This position will own and foster relationships with internal and external partners and facilitate streamlined communication with them to ensure alignment on marketing plans, and flawless execution.

What you’ll do

Partner with Product, PR, Social Media, Retail, Events and various Digital Marketing teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns that support Marketing initiatives in LATAM.

Review marketing materials and creative assets, including materials created both in-house and by agency creative partners, while leading internal and external partner feedback loops and approvals.

Maintain annual marketing calendars, ensuring milestones are up-to-date and communicated to key stakeholders.

Prepare marketing campaign performance reports, tracking against business and marketing key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending necessary adjustments for future success.

Build and manage relationships with Product Marketing Managers, Leadership, Integrated Marketing Teams and External Stakeholders which include International Partners.

Stay current on industry trends and consumer research, using this knowledge to inform marketing strategy and tactics.
What you’ll bring
-
Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience, including at least four (4) years in a product or brand marketing manager or similar agency role.

Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.

Languages: Excellent verbal and communication skills in both English and Latin American Spanish, at near-native level.

Experience executing marketing programs in Latin America, specifically in Mexico and Brazil.

Experience managing development of 360 marketing programs utilizing a paid-earned-owned framework.

Experience leading cross-functional marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns, particularly social media and digital marketing teams.

Experience working with agencies and external partners to execute marketing initiatives.

Understanding of Paid Media platforms and best practices.

Ability to adapt to changing deadlines, emerging needs, policy changes, and the variety of nuances that can happen in product development.

Ability to operate at a strategic level to define new market opportunities and assess product-market fit but also to work tactically to drive projects to successful completion.

Clear thinker and communicator with excellent written and oral communication.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Latin American Spanish, at near-native level. The ability to work across teams and communicate marketing goals/results at a team, executive, and company level.

Proven problem solver, able to discern the crux of an issue, and use good judgment in recommending practical solutions.

Organized and process-oriented with proven ability to manage multiple projects at once.

While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus it is not required, however knowledge of and a willingness to learn more about the brand is a must.

Experience working with global brands, marketing consumer products, entertainment franchises or consumer events is preferred.
