  • Job Title: Brand Services Specialist (Fashion & Home) 12-months Fixed-Term Contract
  • Job Summary: Brand Services Specialist will focus on upholding the vision and standards of the Pokémon brand. The ideal candidate will be expected to fully immerse themselves in the Pokémon brand; this ranges from playing the video and trading card games to watching the animated series and learning how each applies to products. This position will be responsible for ensuring products are accurate and true to the rules and vision of the Pokémon brand while maintaining the highest level of quality possible. This position is a 12-months Fixed-Term Contract.
  • This role will lead the end-to-end product approval process for Fashion and Home categories, guiding submissions from initial concept through final approval and production launch. The Brand Services Specialist will evaluate artwork application, placement, materials, and overall product execution to ensure alignment with brand standards and category-specific best practices. This includes working closely with licensees to provide actionable feedback, resolving issues related to design, feasibility, and timelines, and ensuring consistency across assortments. The role also requires maintaining clear documentation, tracking approvals, and proactively managing workflows to support efficient development cycles while upholding brand integrity at every stage.

What you’ll do 

  • Review and approve submissions for assigned partners, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and use of approved TPCi assets for licensed products.
  • Identify potential timeline risks and escalate with proposed solutions.
  • Guide partners toward strong, brand-appropriate interpretations tailored to their product category.
  • Partner with internal teams and licensees to define product assortments and character rollouts, aligned with focus characters, partner capabilities, target market, and refresh cadence.
  • Support internal and external stakeholders in representing the Pokémon brand across products and marketing materials.
  • Communicate regularly with partners via email, calls, and meetings to support development and approvals.
  • Track and maintain accurate records of product development from concept through approval.
  • Compile and distribute monthly reports on product approvals and pipeline status.
  • Support the development of process documentation, tools, and training materials.
  • Create presentations and contribute to team projects as needed.
  • Organize, track, and maintain product samples across categories.
  • Distribute updated assets and brand information to licensees as needed.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with licensees; occasional travel may be required.                 

What you’ll bring

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of relevant professional experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of applicable experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines across multiple projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to provide direction when needed.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities independently.
  • Strong understanding of product development or ability to quickly learn category-specific requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently with strong follow-through.
  • Solution-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Proactive, curious learner who is comfortable asking questions and seeking clarity.
  • Understanding of product timelines and print/production processes across various mediums.
  • Experience with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop is a plus.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
  • Additional languages are a plus. 

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between £54,200 - £72,000.00 per year. The full range is £54,200.00 - £97,500.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
