Job Title: Director, Enterprise Data Platform and AI
Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Enterprise Data Platform and AI, to lead the transformation of our enterprise data ecosystem. This role will own the vision, development, and scaling of a unified data platform that consolidates disparate data sources and enables seamless access to high-quality, actionable data across the organization.
As a critical partner to teams such as Consumer & Market Insights, Financial Insights, and other business functions, this leader will ensure data is structured, accessible, and actionable—while also driving the integration of AI capabilities into the platform. This role requires both strong technical depth and exceptional leadership skills to shape the team, influence stakeholders, and elevate how data is leveraged enterprise-wide to enable an insights-driven organization.
What You’ll Do
- Define and Lead Enterprise Data Platform Strategy: Set and execute the vision for a unified, scalable, and governed data platform that consolidates fragmented data sources into a single source of truth.
- Drive Data Integration, Accessibility & Quality: Oversee end-to-end data ingestion, standardization, and delivery—ensuring data is accurate, well-governed, secure, and easily consumable across the organization.
- Enable Enterprise-Wide Insights & AI Capabilities: Partner with Consumer/Market Insights, Financial Insights, and other teams to power decision-making, while leading the integration of AI and advanced analytics to unlock predictive and innovative use cases.
- Foster Cross-Functional Alignment & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with subsidiaries and stakeholders to drive consistent data practices, establish strong feedback loops, and continuously evolve the platform to meet enterprise needs.
- Build, Structure & Scale a High-Performing Team: Assess and evolve the current organization, define operating models, and develop a high-impact team of data engineers and platform leaders to support long-term growth.
What You’ll Bring
Experience and Expertise:
- Twelve+ (12+) years of relevant professional experience, plus five (5) years of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field
- Deep Data Platform Expertise: 10+ years in data engineering, architecture, or platforms, with leadership experience scaling enterprise data ecosystems.
- End-to-End Data Knowledge: Strong understanding of data ingestion, data lakes/warehouses, and modern data architectures.
- AI & Analytics Enablement: Experience enabling AI/ML and Computer Vision capabilities on top of data platforms to drive advanced insights and business value.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Leadership Excellence: Proven ability to structure teams, develop talent, and lead through complexity in a matrixed environment.
- Stakeholder Influence: Strong partnership skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions across diverse teams and geographies.
- Customer-Centric Mindset: Ability to deeply understand internal users and ensure data products meet their needs.
Strong Communication Skills:
- Exceptional ability to simplify complex data concepts and align technical and non-technical audiences.
- Robust facilitation skills to bring the organization towards the unified goal of “ONE Enterprise Data Platform”.
- Strong executive presence to convincingly communicate the value of the platform to cross functional leaders across the enterprise.
Subsidiary & Global Alignment: Experience working with subsidiaries and distributed global teams, aligning data strategy, standards, and adoption across diverse organizational structures.
Strategic + Execution Balance: Equally comfortable setting vision and driving hands-on execution.

As the leader of the Enterprise Data Platform and AI, you will sit at the center of business and technology, enabling critical insights for different teams while establishing a single source of truth for the company. With ownership of both data and AI enablement, you will help drive the next phase of TPCi’s data maturity, transforming fragmented systems into a cohesive, future-ready platform. This is a highly visible, high-impact role where you will influence across subsidiaries, partner with senior leaders, and build a strong, scalable team - ultimately elevating how TPCi uses data to make smarter, faster decisions.
Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $188,500 - $251,000 per year. The full range is $188,500 - $339,500 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
