- Job Title: Associate Merchandise Product Marketing Manager (12-month Fixed Term Contract)
- Job Summary: This role supports Licensing & Publishing marketing programs and product launches, partnering closely with internal teams and external licensees to deliver cohesive, on-brand campaigns that reach key audiences. The position manages campaign planning and execution, including reviewing partner marketing materials, developing campaign briefs, coordinating cross-functional asset reviews, maintaining marketing calendars, and supporting post-campaign reporting and optimization

What you’ll do
- Collaborate with Licensing & Publishing teams to execute partner marketing programs and product launches that bring the joy of Pokémon to key target audiences.
- Review licensee marketing materials and assets to ensure alignment with brand standards, product positioning, and business goals.
- Coordinate marketing material and asset reviews with internal TPCi business and marketing stakeholders.
- Develop and distribute campaign briefs for internal stakeholders and TPCi Digital Marketing and Communication teams including social, PR, web and email.
- Manage and maintain marketing calendars, ensuring campaign deliverables and deadlines are clearly documented and communicated across teams.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive and timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Proactively partner with stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain timelines.
- Support post-campaign reporting and performance reviews by gathering data, identifying learnings, and sharing recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
- Help create custom B2B marketing materials including brand updates and calendars for external Licensing & Publishing partners.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years’ experience in marketing program associate management or management position. Preferably in the entertainment industry across multiple product categories.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrable ability to project manage, work cross functionally, and oversee multiple projects with various stakeholders.
- Experience working with external partners and able to communicate clearly and troubleshoot challenges diplomatically.
- Passion to create unique programs that elevate the brand through fun and engaging campaigns.
- While passion for the Pokémon brand is a plus, it is not required. However, a willingness to learn more about the Pokémon brand is a must.

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $86,200 - $102,300 per year. The full range is $86,200 - $151,000 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
