Role Summary

The National Manager of Channel Partner’s / Sales is responsible for leading and expanding the organization’s national footprint of independent agent (Channel Partner) with a strategy, ensuring strong relationships with existing partners, and driving revenue growth by signing new partners and accounts with effective collaboration. This role requires ability to work with equipment and service brokers while managing a Polygon Sales Team.  This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, relationship management, and business development skills to optimize the company’s internal sales team and channel partnerships, aligning them with overall revenue and growth strategy objectives.

Essential Job Functions

  • Develop and execute the channel and account development sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and business goals
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship and professional development with companies and sales team having experience with a variety of engineering, technology and service.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, sales members and accounts, ensuring they align with the company’s values and objectives
  • Develop and implement a structured onboarding process, including training, certifications, and resources
  • Create a platform for account development through relationships with these partners.
  • Drive revenue through indirect sales with partners by implementing robust sales enablement tools and processes
  • Develop training programs, tools, and resources to empower partners with knowledge about the company’s offerings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to ensure long-term collaboration and loyalty
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, negotiations, and strategic discussions with partners
  • Collaborate with Polygon marketing to develop campaigns and initiatives
  • Work closely with Polygon internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to create compelling solutions
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team to advocate growth by creating soluitons and risk management for end-user
  • Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for growth in opportunity,sales and revenue and measure performance against goals
  • Measurepartner performance, providing support and training to improve outcomes
  • Facilitate regular communication and check-ins to assess partner performance and satisfaction
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive leadership on relationship and pipeline development
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration between channel partners and the organization’s internal stakeholders
  • Close collaboration with Polygon operations and service teams for efficient transfer from order to invoice.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
    • Experience in Engineering, HVAC and Risk Management a plus
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales development, partner management, or solutions sellingt, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through channel sales strategies
  • Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems, sales processes, and go-to-market strategies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
  • Expertise with spreadsheets and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software
