Your Role
Pomelo is looking for an outstanding Product Lead to report to our VP of Product
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a product manager role or similar
- Impact-oriented: a strong focus on delivering outcomes over inputs or outputs
- User obsessed: seeks to deeply understand users and their problems and translate their needs into impactful solutions
- Data-informed: uses key insights from qualitative and quantitative data to drive product decisions
- Strategic and tactical: adept at switching from high-level vision and roadmap to day-to-day execution and delivery
- Product sense: drives sound product decisions based on thoughtful consideration of key requirements and tradeoffs
- Relentless: self-starter with a strong bias for action and getting things done
- Collaboration: builds mutual understanding and trust with others across teams
- Exceptional verbal communicator with different audiences and contexts
- Founder, early stage, or hyper growth startup experience a plus
- Prior fintech experience particularly in money transfers, credit, or payments is a plus
- Experience in driving data analysis and insights and familiarity with SQL is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
