Team Leadership: · Leads hourly warehouse employees by hands-on coaching, training and teaching procedures and processes. · Drives positive employee relations and ensures effective communication with employees on expectations, opportunities and ways in which they may become more effective in their work. · Leads the team in achieving established performance standards to include meeting productivity and quality goals by ensuring employees work efficiently in their assigned roles. · Partners with inbound and outbound coordinators on loads. · Issues and manages work assignments. · Audits inbound and outbound loads. · Reports any damage product or any discrepancies on product. · Assists in the assignment of inbound product locations. |

Warehouse Equipment Operation: · Completes a daily equipment maintenance checklist on assigned equipment. · Operates forklift with or without slip sheet attachment, and other specified equipment in and around the Fulfillment Center. · Loads and unloads shipments. · Transports product to and from dock/bay/locations. · Exhibits safe and efficient operation of the equipment. |

Manual Product Handling: · Unloads full-size bikes and other products from container by hand. · Uses RF scanning equipment, where applicable, to ensure accuracy of inventory. · Reads and identifies correct product and locations. · Efficiently picks, pulls and labels customer orders for shipment. · Repacks and weighs any orders that require such handling when necessary; reports quality variances. · Securely wraps product for transport or shipping to designated locations. |

Other Duties: · Efficiently operates parcel computer. · Adheres to all company quality and customer service standards. · Completes all required paperwork in a legible and timely manner. · Reads, understands, uses, and follows standard operating procedures. · Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. · Assists in maintaining the security of the Fulfillment Center. · Conducts operations in a manner that promotes safety. · Follows internal controls and company policies. · Contributes to the success of Pacific Cycle Inc. by leading or assisting with other projects and tasks as assigned. |

Minimum Requirements (include education, experience, special skills, licenses, certifications etc) |
Essential Qualifications · Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. · High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. · Ability to operate RF scan technology / shipping computers. · Ability to read and write numbers and letters. · Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers. · Must be able to lift and move a minimum of 50 pounds without assistance. · Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace. · Previous forklift experience preferred.
Beneficial Qualifications · Proficient in the use of SAP/WMS systems. · Previous team lead / supervisory experience. · Experience with Microsoft office software. · Willing to work any shift, based on business necessity. |
