Join our Rincon, GA Fulfillment Center as an Inventory Auditor! In this role, you will be responsible for validating the inventory accuracy through cycle counts and informing the Fulfillment Center management team of all discrepancies. This position assists internal and external auditors with inventory audits and reviews and conducts inventory reports as requested.

Below are a few (but not all) of the responsibilities of the Inventory Auditor:

  • Executes the cycle count process within SAP and validates the accuracy of the cycle counts
  • Immediately reports all discrepancies found entered in SAP to appropriate departments
  • Informs Fulfillment Center management team of discrepancies to prevent errors from being reported to the Federal Trade Zone (FTZ) Administrator and resolving errors with Transfer Orders (TO)
  • Monitors all activities in SAP to ensure all cycle count transactions are in accordance with department procedures
  • Reports and tracks all cycle count activity using Excel spreadsheets to analyze the data
  • Coordinates with co-workers to complete tag entry and the clearing process in a timely manner to prevent inventory blocks on the product
  • Observes and audits random picking and put-away processes
  • Performs daily checks on outbound audits daily to ensure shipping accuracy
  • Partners with internal and external auditors to facilitate end-of-year audits

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
  • Ability to read and write numbers and letters
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide numbers
  • Previous Inventory experience highly preferred
