As our business evolves beyond traditional wholesale into a more blended retail, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer model, we're investing in the people, systems, and operations that will shape the future of how bikes move across North America.

About the Role
The ideal Distribution Manager has a track record of transforming distribution operations into a competitive advantage. You know how to build high-performing teams, create a culture of accountability and engagement, and turn complexity into seamless execution. As Pon.Bike continues its evolution into a blended B2B, B2C, and e-commerce business, your leadership will play a critical role in ensuring riders, retailers, and customers receive the products they need, when they need them. The success of some of the most iconic brands in cycling will depend on your ability to elevate performance, inspire people, and create a distribution operation that's ready for the future.

Salary Range
The expected annual base salary range for this position is $110,000-120,000. The final compensation package will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skills, education, certifications, and internal equity.
