Pontera is seeking an exceptional Entry-Level Financial Operator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing large datasets, uncovering patterns and insights, and driving operational excellence. You'll also contribute to improving automation and streamlining processes to boost efficiency and accuracy across the organization.

This is a unique entry point into the FinTech space - no prior experience required. We provide comprehensive training, ongoing support, and dedicated mentorship to help you grow quickly in your role. You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where your work will be visible, meaningful, and impactful.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct financial and operational research to support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze and interpret datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve automation
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high standards in operational outputs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, to enhance workflows
  • Clearly document findings and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree (Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar) – Required
  • Entry-level – No prior experience required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical thinking  
  • Fluent English communication skills – A must
  • Proficient in SQL - Advantage 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a high standard of accuracy
  • Ability to zoom in on specifics while keeping the broader context in mind
  • Excellent team player and collaborator
