We’re growing fast at Pontera, and we’re on the hunt for a motivated, people-loving Recruiter to join our awesome People team. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of our hiring efforts—helping us build world-class teams while spreading the word about why Pontera is such a great place to work.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

 

  • Own the full-cycle recruiting process—from sourcing to signing—while ensuring candidates feel seen, heard, and excited every step of the way.

  • Elevate Pontera’s employer brand through social media, creative content, and thoughtful outreach.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers across the org to understand roles, team vibes, and what "great" looks like.

  • Source and attract exceptional talent who’ll help us grow and thrive.

  • Run thorough screenings and interviews with heart, clarity, and professionalism.

  • Champion the candidate experience—because it’s more than just a process, it’s a journey.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS: 

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience in the tech/startup world.

  • Bonus points for experience recruiting R&D talent (we really like those).

  • Strong grasp of social media and how to use it to connect with candidates and promote a brand.

  • A positive, can-do mindset with a passion for people.

  • Exceptional communication skills (in English) and a collaborative spirit.

  • Self-starter energy—you don’t wait for things to happen, you make them happen.

  • Detail-oriented but never lose sight of the big picture.

  • Friendly, assertive, and always professional.
