Senior Salesforce Administrator with CPQ

Key Responsibilities 

  • The administrator will be responsible for the configuration and optimization, support and maintenance of our 400-seat Salesforce instance
  • Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success users to capture and analyze evolving business requirements
  • Implementing best practice solutions around sales and renewal opportunities, assets and contracts in Salesforce
  • Developing key integrations between SalesForce CPQ and NetSuite to enable the flow of key data between the systems to support the Renewals and Finance processes
  • Supporting junior members in the team develop better solutions and progress their careers
  • Streamlining contract generation and execution using the Conga Suite
  • Ensuring our business systems are fit for purpose, operational and support future growth. Leverage our existing systems stack to maximise and optimise the use and value derived
  • Implementing and configuring solution integrations with third party systems including Workato, Leandata, ZoomInfo, 6Sense, Salesloft and Clari
  • Managing system and component upgrades including Lightning and Flow
  • Implementing Salesforce solutions and customizations: Using CPQ extensively and MDQ functionality, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Triggers, etc.
  • Working to resolve technical debt within the system
  • Using Data Loader, Gearset and RingLead to load and correct data
  • Training users in new or upgraded system or add-on functionality
  • Promoting and implementing information security in line with our ISO27001 certification

Candidate Skills & Experience Required 

  • Deep understanding of the SFDC domain and relevant certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant)
  • 4+ years experience in Salesforce Implementation/Administration
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds
  • In depth understanding of CPQ, Contract Generation, Quoting
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem solving skills
  • Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce functionality using Apex, SOQL, etc.
  • Data processing and reporting experience
  • Highly motivated with strong collaboration skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience of working with integration platforms (Workato etc.)
  • Experience of working with MS Azure to push / pull from Salesforce API
  • Experience of data Migrations in Salesforce
  • Line management Experience
  • Experience of working with HubSpot, Leandata, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, Financialforce
