The Opportunity
The Hardware Sales & Fulfilment Specialist is responsible for managing inbound client requests to replace digital signage hardware. This role includes overseeing hardware-only opportunities, ensuring their progression through internal processes, and securing client signatures. Once signed, the Specialist remains in contact with the client ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client orders. This role coordinates with various departments to manage inventory, process orders, and ensure client satisfaction through efficient fulfillment practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Handles client inquiries and requests for digital signage hardware replacements
- Creates opportunities for hardware sales
- Prepare and issue quotes to clients
- Accurately process client orders, monitors inventory levels, arranges and tracks shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Provides updates to clients regarding their order status and addresses any issues or concerns
- Maintains detailed records of orders
- Provides excellent customer service throughout sales and fulfilment cycle
- Other duties as needed
Candidate Skills & Experience Required
- 4+ years experience in a customer facing sales/order fulfillment position
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, preferably in the hardware or technology sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in order processing, inventory management, or logistics
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional team
