The Opportunity
The Accounts Receivable(AR) Specialist works with the Accounting Team to invoice clients and collect accounts receivable. This role is responsible for ensuring invoices and expense reports are processed timely, coded accurately, and that related month-end activities are completed accurately and on time. They will work closely with other departments to help manage purchase requests and purchase orders and to ensure issues are resolved promptly with our vendors
Key Responsibilities
- Day-to-Day responsibility for the accounts receivables activities
- Identifying and Tracking Outstanding Debts.
- Contacting Debtors, reaching out to debtors via phone, email, or mail to discuss outstanding debts and payment options.
- Resolving Customer Disputes, addressing customer inquiries, billing errors, and other disputes related to their accounts.
- Maintaining Accurate Records, keep detailed records of all communication and actions taken on each account.
- Provide problem identification and resolution as needed.
- Work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
- Other duties as requested.
Candidate Expertise Required
- Position requires a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Accounts Receivable
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance required.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication in English both oral and written.
- Flexibility to work in an interactive environment with a tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- The ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proficient computer skills: Highly skilled in Microsoft products as well as ERP systems. Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce.

- Effectively operates under broad supervision and exercises frequent independent judgment with extremely low error rates.
- Experience in the software industry with a SaaS/Subscription business model as plus.
