The Opportunity  

The Product Operations Analyst – SKU Management is responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and optimization of SKUs within the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system ,with a focus on speed, accuracy, and business impact. This role ensures accurate and scalable SKU readiness for quoting teams and plays a vital part in enabling go-to-market execution by managing quoting dependencies and alerts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst plays and supports a key role in product launches, SKU rationalization efforts, and continuous improvement efforts, while working closely with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Renewals, Customer Success, and Quoting Operations to ensure alignment with business and go-to-market strategies. In addition to operational execution, the analyst will surface insights and contribute to data-driven decisions that improve quoting efficiency and revenue enablement. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Create and maintain SKUs in the CPQ system, ensuring data accuracy, alignment with product taxonomy, and consistency across product catalogs. 
  • Manage all quoting dependencies, business rules, and alerts to support efficient and error-free quoting workflows. 
  • Collaborate with Product Release managers to operationalize SKU readiness for new launches and updates, including alignment with packaging and pricing strategies. 
  • Partner with sales, renewals, and customer success teams to ensure SKUs meet customer, business, and market needs/fit. 
  • Lead and support SKU rationalization initiatives to reduce complexity, improve operational efficiency, and remove redundancies. 
  • Maintain documentation and change logs for SKU updates and CPQ configurations. 
  • Monitor and report on SKU usage and quoting trends to inform continuous improvement. 
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Systems teams to improve CPQ functionality, automate workflows, and ensure scalable processes. 
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning by validating SKU readiness and enabling quote teams at launch. 
  • Track and report on operational KPIs such as SKU accuracy and time-to-market for new SKUs. 

 Technical Skills / Competencies 

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced dynamic environment. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) system and NetSuite 
  • Proficiency in Excel or data analysis tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with GTM enablement, quote-to-cash workflows, or product lifecycle management. 

 

Education & Experience 

  • Experience in SaaS or tech company Industry  
  • 2–4 years of experience in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field. 
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Product, and Operations teams. 
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle concepts, quoting processes, or SKU structures is a plus. 
  • Exposure to SKU architecture, product catalog strategy, and quoting processes is preferred. 
  • Experience in a scaling or high-growth environment is a plus. 

 

Compensation 

Annual base salary gross:  70,000-80,000 USD Annual plus variable. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Company's contemplated salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and geographic location. The salary is one component of Company's total compensation package for employees.
