Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Release & Enablement Manager who will be responsible for ensuring Employee Comms product releases successfully land with internal teams and customers. As part of the Employee Comms Product Management team, this role bridges Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, to drive predictable, high-quality launches and strong post-release adoption.
This role owns release readiness, internal enablement, and launch execution, while partnering closely with Product Managers on roadmap planning and with Product Marketing on external messaging. The focus is not on defining the roadmap, but on ensuring product investments translate into real-world impact, usage, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, develop and execute the end-to-end release process for all quarterly and monthly product releases.
- Establish and maintain clear release readiness criteria for Product, Sales, CS, and Support.
- Act as the central point of coordination between Product Management, Product Marketing and the wider go-to-market teams.
- Lead release planning sessions, readiness reviews, and post-release retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Managers to understand scope, customer value, dependencies, and timing.
- Surface risks, gaps, and tradeoffs early and drive resolution with the appropriate teams.
- Serve as the Product Management team’s owner for release communications.
- Ensure consistent, accurate messaging across internal channels.
- Maintain a single source of truth for release status, scope, and readiness.
- Collect feedback from stakeholders to improve future releases.
- Continuously improve release and enablement processes to support scale.
- Nurture strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders from Go-to-Market teams (Sales, Customer Success, & Marketing) to ensure deep understanding of their needs, learning objectives and skills gaps is factored into the successful launch of our products.
- Own the enablement of internal teams on new product features and launches working in partnership with Product Marketing & Sales Enablement who will focus on commercial GTM enablement.
- Create and maintain high quality, detailed product documentation and information to support training and customer facing documentation preparation.
- Manage SKU information and creation for the Line of Business
Technical Skills / Competencies
- 3+ years proven experience with Product Implementation, Release lifecycle management, Enablement, or Customer Success.
- Critical thinking, analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving ability.
- Understanding of product development lifecycle preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Prior experience with SaaS a plus.
- Intrinsically motivated learner who takes a hands-on approach with new tools.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally with a wide variety of roles at a fast pace.
