The Opportunity:

The Professional Services Analyst – Deal Operations (CPQ & Quoting) is an integral member of the Professional Services (PS) team, providing essential support to Sales, Enablement, and Professional Services leadership to enhance quoting efficiency and accelerate deal velocity. Acting as an internal advocate for the Professional Services organization, the SC I ensures that service offerings are accurately represented in quotes and aligned with approved standards, processes, and pricing policies.

This role supports the end-to-end quote lifecycle — reviewing, validating, and routing Professional Services opportunities for approval — and works closely with sales deal team and subject matter experts to ensure operational consistency. The SC I also assists with automation-enabled SOW generation and collaborates cross-functionally to reduce friction in the quoting process, improve turnaround time, and strengthen Sales/PS alignment.

Success in this position requires an operationally strong, detail-oriented professional who thrives on efficiency, consistency, and partnership across Sales and Services functions

Key Responsibilities 

Quote & Sales Support

  • Partner with Sales to ensure Professional Services packages and SKUs are correctly represented in customer quotes.
  • Review quote accuracy for compliance with pricing models, terms, and approval thresholds.
  • Support quote approvals and discount reviews within Salesforce CPQ.
  • Monitor and expedite approval workflows to reduce bottlenecks and improve quote turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with SC II and PS leadership to manage exception requests and approval escalations.

SOW Creation - Process Ownership

  • Facilitate the creation of Professional Services SOWs using approved templates and automation tools.
  • Validate opportunity data and SOW inputs for completeness prior to generation or approval.
  • Provide user feedback to improve automation efficiency and support tool adoption.

Operational Collaboration

  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Enablement, and PS teams to streamline handoffs between quoting and delivery.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of PS SKUs, pricing guidelines, and SOW generation procedures.
  • Lead PS office hours (with support of Subject Matter Experts) and enablement sessions to assist Sales in understanding PS offerings and quote best practices.
  • Partner with Enablement to improve training content and user readiness across quoting processes.
  • Support quote compliance reporting and maintain records of approvals and discount exceptions

 Required Skills / Competencies 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Operations, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in Professional Services Operations,Quoting Support or Sales Operations.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and CPQ configuration.
  • Understanding of Professional Services products, quoting workflows, and approval logic.
  • Ability to analyze quote data, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and SharePoint for documentation and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving & communication soft skills and ability to work across multiple departments.

Note: Should be willing to work in US/UK shifts
