We’re hiring an Automotive Warranty Administrator to join our fast-paced team. If you’re detail-oriented with at least 2 years of warranty admin/booking experience —Porsche brand experience preferred — we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
- Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
- Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Automotive Warranty Admin/Book
- Preferred: Prior Porsche experience
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up and strong time management skills.
- Ability to present information in a clear and professional manner.
Compensation
- The estimated hourly range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00.

Hiring Requirements
- 18 years or older required
