The VP will act as the overall account manager, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, client stakeholders, and external partners. The ideal candidate brings equal strength in account management, program development, and operational discipline.
What You Will Be Doing
- Lead day-to-day account management, serving as the senior point of contact for clients and ensuring programs deliver against objectives.
- Oversee consumer campaigns - designing, planning, and implementing integrated programs across earned, owned, and paid channels.
- Ensure programs are delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
- Translate client business objectives into creative, insight-driven communications programs.
- Provide strategic counsel to senior clients, proactively identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
- Manage, mentor, and grow mid- and junior-level talent while fostering collaboration across agency disciplines.
- Partner with internal insights, creative, digital, and strategy teams to deliver fully integrated campaigns.
- Drive operational excellence: budgets, resourcing, staffing, and performance measurement.
- Contribute to agency growth through organic account expansion and new business opportunities.
The Experience That Will Contribute To Your Success
- 10-12+ years of agency experience in brand communications or program management.
- Strong account management skills, including client relationship building, business acumen, and program leadership.
- Expertise in overall project management—budgeting, resourcing, timelines, and workflow management.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver consumer programs that drive engagement, cultural relevance, and measurable impact.
- Experience managing large, multi-channel campaigns with cross-functional teams.
- Strong executive presence and client-service orientation, with the ability to advise senior leaders.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment with attention to detail and accountability.
