The Role

The Account Executive (AE) or Senior Account Executive (SAE), Influence, plays an integral role in supporting the planning, execution, and measurement of influencer marketing and social campaigns. This entry-level position is designed for a proactive, detail-oriented team player eager to learn the ins and outs of influencer marketing while contributing unique ideas in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Reporting to senior team members, you will help ensure flawless campaign delivery, support account operations, and build the foundation needed to become a trusted advisor to clients and colleagues alike.

What You Will Be Doing  

  • Leading administrative account activities with minimal supervision, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all deliverables
  • Drafting first versions of client materials—including social content, influencer briefs, and campaign recaps—with high attention to detail and minimal errors
  • Proofreading and editing materials for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to client standards
  • Supporting internal and external project timeline updates and collaborating with project managers to keep deliverables on track
  • Leading the development of digital trend stories to support our weekly Mash Up and ongoing client communications
  • Guiding day-to-day account activities, overseeing account administration, and collaborating with team members to deliver client-ready call agendas and recaps
  • Proactively supporting senior team members by implementing feedback and anticipating project needs
  • Delivering select updates on client calls and actively participating in internal meetings
  • Understanding client review processes and working with supervisors to implement edits and revisions accurately
  • Remaining highly engaged with social media channels to stay current on platform trends and formats
  • Applying training in social listening, community management, and content management platforms to campaign work
  • Demonstrating knowledge of social media creative formats and requirements to support campaign execution
  • Monitoring influencer partners regularly for brand safety concerns and supporting/leading communications about deadlines and feedback
  • Actively participating in brainstorming and creative sessions, contributing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to campaign challenges
  • Summarizing outcomes from team discussions and collaborating on actionable next steps
  • Developing a working knowledge of client business objectives, key messages, and campaign strategies

  • Conducts effective research on influencers, industry trends, and campaign performance to support team recommendations
  • Collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and maintains a positive, solutions-oriented approach
  • Applies creative thinking to brainstorming sessions and campaign development
  • Consistently models professionalism, reliability, and accountability in interactions with clients and colleagues
  • Embraces feedback and actively seeks opportunities for learning and professional growth
  • Utilizes digital tools for social listening, content management, and reporting
  • Contributes to an inclusive, respectful team environment and upholds DEIB principles in all work

The anticipated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $67,000 for an Account Executive role, and $70,000 - $78,000 and for a Senior Account Executive. Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
