Responsibilities:
- Assist with various tasks or projects as assigned by leadership
- Support the team with day-to-day operations and logistics
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Contribute to research, reporting, and data analysis
- Learn and develop skills in industry-specific tools, software, and processes
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or certification program related to solar energy or renewable energy
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous internship or project experience related to renewable energy or solar power (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of solar or renewable energy systems

Physical Demands

- Occasionally, the role may require sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. Employees must be able to frequently lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 40 pounds.
- Vision requirements include the ability to focus at close and long distances, distinguish colors, maintain peripheral awareness, perceive depth, and make precise focus adjustments.
