About The Team:
We’re looking for self-motivated team members who crave a challenge, are obsessed with moving/monitoring metrics that go up and to the right, and want to work on one of the most loved developer products in the world. This Senior PMM focused on content strategy feels motivated by being a “do-er”. You thrive in a scrappy environment, have “been there, done that”, and are confident in your ability to build developer and PLG content programs from scratch.
As a growth product marketer specializing in content strategy and development, you will play a pivotal role at the cross-section of Postman’s integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and SEO/website strategy. This role will be highly cross-functional in nature, so a collaborative working style is a must!
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies to support various developer engagement programs to drive quality product evaluations and product usage.
- Partner closely with our Postman’s core content marketing team to bridge the gap between what’s happening in product and the content strategies we’re delivering
- Own Postman’s release marketing and product launch programs, from strategy to execution
- Play an integral role in the content strategy and development within Postman’s integrated marketing campaigns
- Partner closely with Postman’s SEO team to drive high-quality signups from organic content
- Track and analyze performance, and continuously optimize content based on feedback and market dynamics to maximize ROI and drive business growth.
- Ruthlessly prioritize the content opportunities to focus on the highest-impact initiatives first

- Experience in a PLG GTM model
- Experience partnering closely with SEO and content teams
- 6-8 years product marketing experience in a B2B SaaS

What Else?
This role is based in the greater San Francisco Bay area, and the reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $150,000 to $200,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition to our pay-on-performance philosophy, we offer a comprehensive set of benefits, including full medical coverage, flexible PTO, wellness reimbursement, and a monthly lunch stipend. Salaries will vary outside of the listed metropolitan areas & the U.S.
