The Opportunity
Are you an experienced marketer, analyst and technologist all wrapped-up into one? Postman is looking for its next Senior Marketing Data Manager.
As a Senior Marketing Data Manager at Postman you will leverage the power of analytics to create data analysis strategies, track and report performance, and influence strategic decisions that will improve marketing tactics and the overall end-to-end customer journey. You will serve as the bridge between technical execution and product strategy. You will focus on the evolution of our marketing technology stack and optimize user acquisition, engagement and retention through data driven product strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to achieve specific growth objectives
- Manipulate and analyze various types of data across multiple platforms to solve problems and identify opportunities (Segment, Marketo)
- Monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
- Meet with cross functional teams regularly to document and make recommendations on key questions and business metrics and present findings
- Complete critical analysis that will drive growth for our product
- Project manage growth projects leveraging both agile and waterfall methodologies
- Explore new data sources and regularly become certified in cutting edge data tools
About You
- Ability to perform in-depth analyses in a variety of MarTech / AdTech analytics tools (Segment, Marketo, Looker, Amplitude, Salesforce)
- 5-7+ years of cross functional analytics experience, preferably in marketing
- Proven track record of driving growth and customer retention strategies
- You have some experience with SQL, Python
- You are smart, intellectually curious, and driven
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
- You are a great teammate that loves to have fun at work and contribute with your experience and positive attitude
- Prior experience clearly explaining technical concepts to varied audiences
The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $126,000 to $190,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

For all roles based out of San Francisco Bay Area, Boston, Bangalore, Noida, Hyderabad, and New York, employees are expected to come into the office 3-days a week.
