Program Manager, Integration & Transformation

Purpose: The Program Manager supports enterprise transformation initiatives with a focus on merger & acquisition integrations, internal platform migrations, and product development process management. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, this role will manage day-to-day program coordination, process mapping, and execution tracking to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to business goals.

This position is ideal for a strong program/project manager who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and ensures projects stay on track by coordinating stakeholders, mapping processes, and monitoring progress.

This is a full-time, remote position.  The compensation for the position is an annual base salary of $150,000 to $175,000 per year, plus a year-end discretionary bonus and benefits. 

Primary Responsibilities:

M&A and Integration Support

  • Support planning and execution of M&A integration projects.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across workstreams.
  • Document integration needs, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.

Internal Transformation Projects

  • Manage execution of enterprise initiatives.
  • Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and track deliverables to closure.

Product Development Process Management

  • Administer the product development request intake and prioritization process.
  • Maintain transparency of prioritization and ensure stakeholders are aligned on timelines and requirements.

Process Mapping & Analysis

  • Map and document business processes to highlight gaps and transformation opportunities.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify and define future-state processes.
  • Support implementation of new tools and process changes.

Program Coordination & Reporting

  • Prepare regular project updates, dashboards, and progress reports for leadership.
  • Monitor budgets, timelines, and key performance metrics.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support project execution.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of program/project management or business process experience.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise-level, cross-functional projects and/or system migrations.
  • Strong process mapping, documentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, ADO) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Agile certification a plus.
