Job Description
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager at Postscript will oversee the strategy & drive execution for engaging potential and newly acquired customers, and nurturing them across the customer lifecycle. They will do this through mapping the prospect to customer journey and developing a data-driven strategy to best reach and engage customers across various channels..
Reporting to the head of growth marketing, the lifecycle marketing manager will seek to maximize net-new pipeline, minimize CAC & increase customer LTV by delivering tailored marketing campaigns specific to funnel stages; development of effective cross-channel strategies and efficient campaign execution is critical to the role.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will harness data and insights to create segmented, targeted campaigns and ultimately drive engagement & revenue for Postscript
Primary duties
- Co-administration in partnership with Marketing Ops of Hubspot, our Marketing Automation platform, and expert / main POC for campaign execution other Hubspot users
- Support execution of demand gen tactics via HubSpot adjacent tools
- Ownership over email channel optimization, calendar and build/distribution for all audience segments
- Partner with growth marketing team on cross channel execution tied to campaign plans inclusive of digital, field & comarketing
- Ongoing channel conversion analysis & cross-channel journey mapping in partnership with growth team & marketing operations
What We’ll Love About You
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience
- Experience as a Hubspot admin or power user (list building & segmentation, campaign creation & reporting)
- Previous experience planning & executing lifecycle marketing programs across customer journey
- Proven ability to lead campaign execution on a cross-functional level
- Working in hyper growth environment is a plus
- Nice to have: experience with adjacent lead generation & customer marketing tools such as paid advertising, website chat, pop-ups, customer in-app, etc

- Homework Assignment: We will send over an exercise that challenges you to solve a problem & come up with a creative solution, or outline how you've solved a problem in the past. Get a feel for what you’ll be doing on a daily basis!
- Virtual Onsite Interviews: You’ll be meeting with 2-4 team members on a series of video calls. This is your chance to ask questions and see who this role interacts with on a daily basis.
