A day in the life:

Power Digital is seeking a self-motivated and growth-focused sales professional to help unlock growth opportunities for our existing client base. The Director of Strategic Growth is a key member of our sales and strategy team, responsible for driving revenue growth through the expansion of existing client relationships into new services. This role is focused on identifying growth opportunities for service solutions to drive business outcomes for our client base. The Director of Strategic Growth is responsible for supporting inbound service expansions as well as proactively finding growth opportunities and forming relationships with client stakeholders by acting as an extension of their team. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing experts and Client Services team members to craft marketing plans, present the roadmap to the client, and agree on a go-forward plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to expand service offerings based on client business needs and industry trends
  • Conduct analyses of client performance to identify areas for improvement and potential new service opportunities
  • Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders to understand business goals and challenges
  • Assist in development and delivery of proposals and presentations to showcase the value and impact of additional services
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 6-10+ years experience managing cross-channel performance marketing campaigns for e-commerce, B2B, and B2C lead generation companies
  • Ability to be managed to a quota
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and decision making skills
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and recommendations
  • Ability to clearly communicate cross-channel marketing plans to senior leadership stakeholders
  • Experience managing various projects at once from start to finish and a track record of successfully building working relationships and influencing key decision makers
  • Familiar with the economics of new customer acquisition and retention
