A day in the life:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing on reporting and analysis projects that directly impact clients business and media performance. You will also be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing dashboards in visualization platforms, such as Looker and Looker Studio.

Responsibilities:

  • Build automated reports for eComm, B2B, and B2C with performance for all marketing channels based on client needs and our recommendations
  • Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement
  • Assist in data engineering projects facilitating data environments for front end reporting
  • Ability to simplify and present findings eloquently
  • Consistently drive efficiencies within the current reporting & insights processes
  • Integrating better solutions for DataStudio, nova, and other performance reporting tools and processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics
  • Strong data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel
  • Proficiency in R or Python, and SQL
  • Experience with ETL tools, such as Funnel.io and Fivetran
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Understanding of statistical concepts like regression modeling, test/control analysis, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work under pressure

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Task Delivery Rate: 90%+ Tasks completed on or before delivery date
  • Task Accuracy Rate: 90%+ Tasks completed successfully on initial delivery (tasks not re-opened for inaccuracies or missed requirements)

  • Stakeholder Communication and Expectation Management: Maintain regular, clear, and concise communication with both internal teams and clients. Provide frequent updates on project status, proactively address potential issues, and manage expectations regarding deliverables and timelines.
  • Data Integration and Quality Assurance: Consistently work on improving data integration processes and maintaining high data quality across all BI systems. This involves collaborating closely with data engineering teams, implementing robust ETL processes, and establishing rigorous data validation protocols.
  • Continuous Improvement of BI Systems: Constantly seek ways to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of BI tools and processes. This includes optimizing dashboard performance, streamlining reporting processes, and staying updated with the latest BI technologies and best practices.
