A day in the life:
- The Data Analyst will be an integral part of the Analyst team and you will be responsible for standing up critical analysis tools and dashboards that the Analyst team uses to analyze existing marketing programs. You are great with data, a competent problem-solver, reliable, and who carries a great attitude throughout the day. Multiple teams depend on you, and you thrive in an exciting and faced-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with marketing data analysis, forecasting, and data warehouses.
The Analyst Team specializes in conducting audits to evaluate the health of marketing programs being run by both: 1) brands we aim to work with (New Business) and 2) brands we currently work with (Service Expansion). If we do our job successfully, these audits will result in Power Digital taking over marketing services for the brand being audited.
Responsibilities:
- Populating: Standing up all analysis tools utilized for marketing audits
- QA’ing: Ensuring that all analysis tools are accurately pulling in data
- Forecasting: Drafting marketing performance forecasts both through Google Sheets and DataRobot AI software
- Improving: Building new automations and making improvements to current tools and process
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Role Requirements:
- Manage and manipulate large amounts of data
- Understanding of marketing funnels and flywheels
- Competence in Google Analytics, Shopify and other CMS’
- Competence in data visualization platforms including Looker & Looker Studio
- Competence in Excel and Google Sheets
- Competence in forecasting and KPI modeling
- Familiarity navigating Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads platforms

- No audit timelines extended due to bad data (100% on-time completion)
- No audit timelines extended due to inaccurate forecasts (100% on-time completion)
- Improvements in audit Win Rate (QoQ improvements, starting at a Win Rate of 33%
