A day in the life:

The Senior Performance Analyst is responsible for owning the execution, performance, and growth of their marketing service within their book of business. They service the most complex, enterprise-level accounts, and are highly regarded for their mastery over Google and Bing Advertising. In addition to their account responsibilities, they are actively involved in developing the Paid Media team through training, escalation support, auditing existing accounts, and upleveling the product. The Senior Performance Analyst supports leadership in owning and improving one core pillar of the department’s business. The Senior Performance Analyst is exceptional at working under pressure and navigating probing client questions, difficult conversations, roadblocks, and account issues. On top of their Paid Media knowledge, the Senior Performance Analyst has an understanding of cross channel strategy, how their service impacts the broader media mix, and general business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering a top tier product of the Paid Media department for partners
    • Spearheads performance marketing efforts across marquee accounts, leading strategy to achieve account goals
    • Executing on effective performance marketing plans to achieve client business goals and effectively scale accounts
    • Advanced technical knowledge of paid media and marketing strategy (attribution, incrementality, contribution analysis, advanced measurement, technical acumen for channels)
    • Provide intelligent analysis, interpretation, and action plans based on campaign performance data
  • Serve as a key strategic leader within the department and on account teams
    • Acting on key coaching moments with team members to improve skillset and deliver a top tier product
    • Key point of escalation for strategic guidance and performance management
    • Actively participate in training material development process and presentation
  • Identify broader department knowledge gaps and collaborate with leadership and development leads to implement trainings, solutions or process improvements
  • Maintain frequent and excellent communication on both internal agency teams and externally with assigned clients
  • Serve as a role model in motivating the rest of the team to utilize available AI and outsource resources to assist in workflow whenever possible
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of digital marketing experience. 3+ years in agency setting
  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing
    • Performance Max
    • Standard Shopping
    • YouTube Ads
    • Display Advertising
    • Local campaigns
    • Bing Ads
    • Specifically having experience with campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development on large, enterprise-level accounts
    • Significant campaign management experience in 3 or more of the following additional campaign types:
  • Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s)
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics
  • Expert knowledge of funnel marketing and paid media’s place in the marketing funnel
  • Strong ability to formulate meaningful insights from marketing data, going beyond the stat and telling the story
  • Other skills required: 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and project management skills.
    • Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed. 
    • Excellent interpersonal skills.
    • Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly and independently
    • Interested in a long-lasting relationship with a growing company

  • Owns or supports Associate Director who owns one of Power’s 5 pillars
  • Audits and supports on strategy across 8-10 existing accounts within department to ensure gold standard each quarter
  • Plays an active role in team-member development within the department
