A day in the life:

As a Landing Page Strategist, you’ll play a critical role in executing and optimizing high-performing landing pages that drive real business results across lead generation, paid media, and eCommerce campaigns. You’ll work closely with senior strategists, paid media teams, lifecycle marketers, account managers, and creatives to support the day-to-day management of our clients’ landing page programs. This includes strategic planning, copywriting, QA, stakeholder communication, A/B testing, reporting, and ongoing optimization. This is a client-facing, detail-oriented role ideal for someone with a passion for conversion strategy, digital marketing, and performance design. You’ll gain deep hands-on experience across the entire landing page lifecycle while helping execute and grow one of our most impactful service lines.

Responsibilities:

Client Execution & Project Management

  • Own the execution of landing page deliverables across strategy, copywriting, design feedback, development handoff, QA, and launch
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for internal teams and assist with client communication when needed
  • Translate paid media strategy and campaign briefs into high-converting landing page experiences
  • Work within structured workflows and project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track deliverables and meet timelines
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Paid Media, Lifecycle, Creative, and Development teams to align messaging, offers, and user experience

Landing Page Strategy & Optimization

  • Assist in developing and refining landing page strategies that align with funnel stages and campaign goals
  • Conduct CRO audits, scroll map/click map reviews, and post-launch performance analysis to surface insights and optimizations
  • Support A/B testing strategy creation, execution, and reporting
  • Apply best practices in messaging hierarchy, user experience, and mobile-first design
  • Maintain knowledge of platform and ad network guidelines (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Content & QA Support

  • Draft or refine landing page copy tailored to target personas, offers, and funnel stage
  • Review landing pages for accuracy, responsiveness, and proper integration with forms, calendars, pixels, and CRMs
  • Work with developers and creative teams to ensure pages meet quality standards prior to launch
  • Conduct device and browser testing to validate performance and mobile usability

Collaboration & Growth Enablement

  • Work alongside the Managing Director to operationalize best practices and document repeatable workflows
  • Help maintain and improve internal tools such as audit templates, performance trackers, and testing roadmaps
  • Contribute to ongoing training and resource development for internal teams and freelancers
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement across design, process, messaging, or reporting

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in CRO or running Landing Page projects (agency experience preferred)..
  • Portfolio of work examples with proven results
  • Experience working with Landing Page & CRM platforms: Unbounce, Hubspot, Marketo, etc
  • Experience working with design platforms like Figma
  • Experience with user behavior tools like Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, etc

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Implement AI-driven automation 50%+ of landing page workflows.
  • On-time delivery of landing page milestones (strategy, copy, QA, launch)
  • Conversion rate performance vs. benchmark or prior page
  • Number of launched landing pages per month
  • Client satisfaction and internal team feedback
  • A/B testing velocity and learnings logged
