A day in the life:

  • As an ABX Strategist at Power Digital, you’ll be the hands-on driver of our account-based execution programs. You’ll own ABM platform and DSP campaign management, build and refine ICPs, create client-ready presentations, and support go-to-market strategy development. You’ll partner closely with strategy leads and Marketing Ops to turn ideas into action, ensuring campaigns are properly routed, tracked, and reported in CRM/automation systems while bringing discipline, documentation, and results to every engagement. Beyond ABX, you’ll flex into broader strategic projects such as persona development, GTM planning, and competitive audits, delivering work with speed, polish, and precision. This role is built for an execution-first, client-facing operator who thrives in an agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end ABM platform and DSP campaigns: setup, optimization, reporting, and flawless execution.
  • Support ABX programs, including but not limited to ICP pulls, TAL development, account scoring models, sales-marketing alignment, and account-level targeting
  • Build audience strategies and deliver cross-channel orchestration plans
  • Develop client-ready presentations, reports, and strategic recommendations
  • Document and standardize processes, ensuring repeatable, scalable best practices
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance campaign execution, segmentation, and reporting
  • Leverage Power Digital’s Nova ecosystem to maximize performance and alignment
  • Partner with Marketing Ops (MOPs) to ensure campaigns are properly routed, tracked, and reported in CRM/automation systems
  • Work closely with the Paid Media team to share ABM/DSP expertise, train on best practices, and ensure alignment across programs
  • Support broader strategic projects such as GTM planning, persona/ICP development, and competitive audits with research and executional inputs
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • 3+ years of hands-on ABM platform or DSP campaign management experience (agency or in-house)
  • Proven executional expertise in at least one ABM platform (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, RollWorks) and one DSP (e.g., The Trade Desk, StackAdapt)
  • Strong data and audience segmentation skills, with the ability to connect targeting logic to outcomes.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and presentation design skills; your work is always client-ready
  • Comfort working directly with clients, explaining campaign logic, and presenting results
  • Strong documentation and process orientation; you proactively build runbooks and guides
  • Effective collaborator across Strategy, Content, and Ops teams
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) to QA, document, and align ABX program data
  • Comfortable flexing across strategic projects — from audience pulls to GTM research to content audits — with a “roll up your sleeves” approach

Ideal Tech Stack: 6sense, Demandbase, Intensify, LinkedIn Ads, TradeDesk, RollWorks, Clay, Salesforce, HubSpot, Meta Ads.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Campaign Efficiency – Improve cost-per-engaged account and return on ad spend (ROAS) for ABM/DSP campaigns, measured by % improvement against a client’s baseline.
  • Account Engagement & Progression – Drive ICP account movement through the ABX funnel, tracked as % of accounts reaching defined engagement tiers and velocity of stage progression.
  • Campaign Launch & Documentation – Ensure 100% on time campaign execution, with KPIs including average turnaround time, % of campaigns launched, and strategy documentation to support.
  • Quality of Client Deliverables - Deliver 100% of presentations, decks, and reports on or before agreed deadlines, with fewer than 10% requiring major revisions each month, as measured through internal review and client feedback.
  • Internal & Client Satisfaction - Participate in 100% of scheduled client meetings held on time and documented with clear agendas and recaps, as well as prepare and share client information internally a minimum of 24 hours ahead of client calls

Most Important Things (MITs)

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
