A day in the life:

  • Power Digital is looking for a Content Producer to assist in the daily execution of our cross-functional video content needs—including AI-assisted image and video generation—in support of our brand vision and business goals through performance marketing. You will be working in a fast-paced, creative environment that offers an opportunity to be part of building a rapidly growing agency.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with a team of editors, designers, and ACDs in the execution of all video editing deliverables for your pod and owned accounts
  • Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels
  • Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support our creative & marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with our Production & Strategy teams to craft both original and iterative ads for various marketing channels, including Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Leverage AI tools to generate marketing-ready image and video concepts and assets (e.g., concept exploration, storyboards, style frames, cutdowns/variations), translating ideas into on-brand creative that performs
  • Use AI to accelerate creative iteration at scale by producing multiple versions for testing (hooks, thumbnails, captions, formats, aspect ratios) while maintaining quality and brand consistency
  • Continuously optimize output by applying learnings from performance metrics, external references, and popular trends across social platforms
  • Follow department workflows and best practices for project management, project file organization, file naming, etc.
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • 4+ years of video editing experience (motion graphics a plus)
  • Proficient in professional video editing and post-production tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
  • AI-proficient with image and video generation tools and workflows used to create marketing-ready assets and iterations (e.g., Veo, Nano Banana, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Flora, Weavy, Adobe GenAI, and similar platforms)
  • Demonstrable video editing ability with a strong portfolio of work examples (including performance-driven creative where possible)
  • Deep understanding of digital trends, platform-native best practices, and editing principles (hook-first storytelling, pacing, sound design, typography, etc.)
  • Ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong prompt and concept development skills, with the ability to translate a brief into AI-assisted storyboards/style frames and scalable creative variations

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% ownership of post production execution work for assigned account stack
  • Brand/QA Pass Rate: 95%+ of deliverables pass internal QA and client brand standards on first submission (or within one revision cycle)
  • AI-Assisted Iteration Velocity: Consistently produces multiple high-quality creative variations for testing when requested (e.g., hooks, thumbnails, cutdowns, style frames) while maintaining brand consistency
  • Zero (0) Avoidable Errors
  • Zero (0) Late Submission

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Output quality meets both internal and client brand standards
  • Ability to incorporate AI-generated imagery/video into the creative workflow with strong QA (brand alignment, consistency, compliance/usage rights, and technical specs)
  • Understanding of best practices for performance-driven creativity & ability to apply these insights in your work
  • Ability to actively communicate and collaborate with Strategists & Production teams across multiple projects to deliver the best possible creative output.
