A day in the life:

As an Account Director in the Healthcare division, you lead strategic client accounts for brands navigating one of the most regulated and relationship-driven industries in marketing. You own the strategy across your portfolio — connecting paid, owned, and earned channels to the business outcomes that matter most to healthcare clients: patient acquisition, lead volume, compliance, and growth. You lead cross-functional teams with confidence, serve as a trusted marketing partner to your clients, and bring the kind of healthcare-specific context that makes the difference between generic recommendations and advice clients actually act on. You're building the skills and portfolio that define what senior client leadership looks like in healthcare at Power Digital.

As an Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad background with hands-on experience across digital marketing channels and tools. You will help drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a strategic marketing partner, you will guide clients on how marketing tactics can support business goals and outcomes.

As an Account Director, you will lead cross-functional account teams and work closely with Account Managers and channel specialists to optimize performance, identify growth opportunities and strengthen client relationships. In collaboration with internal teams, they will support service expansions, contribute to developing and testing roadmaps and help guide tactical pivots when necessary.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic digital marketer looking to grow client partnerships and lead impactful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client-centric Communication: Builds strong relationships with client stakeholders through proactive communication, regular business reviews and strategic discussions focused on performance, client sentiment and business goals.
  • Marketing Strategy: Leads cross-functional account teams in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned channels to meet or exceed client business objectives. Demonstrates proficiency in cross-channel media planning, testing roadmaps and connecting audience, service lines and media strategy.
  • Client Performance & Results: Ensures that at least 75% of their client roster is hitting their goals/forecast targets within the partnership.
  • Data-driven Insights: Leverages data and analytics platforms, including tools such as Google Analytics and Looker Studio, to identify strategic opportunities and performance insights. Translates findings into clear recommendations, actionable next steps and concise client reporting.
  • Measurement Frameworks: Utilizes multiple data sources and attribution methodologies to guide strategic decision-making, budget allocation and campaign optimization. Understands how to prioritize business metrics and validate performance trends through data analysis and testing methodologies.
  • Team Coaching and Development: Leads by example and practices servant leadership; Delivers timely, specific feedback to team members to up-level business acumen and connect the marketing objectives to business objectives
  • Existing Account Manager Support: Partners with Account Managers to provide coaching, strategic guidance and feedback that supports strong client communication, execution quality and professional growth.
  • Client Portfolio: Manages a diverse set of clients with $100k-$125k target in monthly recurring revenue
  • Client Retention: Leads the contract renewal strategy by following the established client renewal process and timelines.  Takes a proactive approach to the process, beginning at least 90 days in advance of the contract expiration date by preparing the  presentation and proposal development alongside the Account Manager to extend client partnerships.  Reviews and analyzes client contracts on a regular basis to ensure goals are on target
  • Service Expansions: Works with the Account Manager and the internal account team to identify additional strategies to improve performance and expand client partnerships.
  • Own the strategic coaching and development of Resource Team leads, ensuring teams can independently connect channel execution to client business outcomes and confidently lead client conversations
  • Elevate client-facing excellence across accounts, coaching teams on storytelling, executive presence, and emotional intelligence to deliver clear, polished recommendations
  • Scale team capability and consistency, reinforcing shared expectations across accounts, and balancing client demands with team capacity to drive sustainable performance.
  • Department Operations: Plays an active role in supporting key department initiatives such as recruitment, staffing, training, onboarding and more
  • Specialty Focus Area: Identifies a focus area within the department that aligns with the individual’s skill set; Creates a roadmap alongside the Account Manager to enhance and optimize that focus area (e.g., Training, Reporting, Talent Acquisition)
  • Responsible for other tasks and projects as assigned by Client Services department leadership, as needed
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
  • 6+ years cross-channel digital marketing experience, including: strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration and client services, ideally in a digital or media agency

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
