A day in the life:

The Senior Integrated Content Strategist, B2B owns the integrated content strategy for a portfolio of complex B2B accounts and sets the strategic direction and execution of deliverables. This role operates across the full integrated content ecosystem: thought leadership, sales enablement, lead magnets, whitepapers, research reports, one-sheeters, brochures, infographics, brand strategy, verbal identity, and messaging playbooks — all engineered to move a considered, multi-stakeholder buyer through a long B2B sales cycle. Senior Strategists build and defend content roadmaps directly with C-level stakeholders, translating pipeline and revenue goals into a clear content thesis that internal teams and client executives can rally behind. This is a strategist who thinks in systems: mapping content audits to the buyer journey, running audience research and stakeholder interviews to surface what actually moves a B2B deal forward, and adapting the roadmap as account performance and market signals shift. They bring product-level thinking to the content offering itself; proposing new formats and approaches before clients ask. They will also mentor and uplevel the strategists and writers who support their accounts. They are equally fluent identifying the single biggest content opportunity in a client's funnel and articulating why it matters in a room full of VPs and CMOs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end integrated content strategy and execution across thought leadership articles, sales enablement materials, lead magnets, whitepapers, research reports, one-sheeters, brochures, infographics, brand strategy, verbal identity, and messaging playbooks for a portfolio of B2B accounts
  • Lead content audits mapped to the B2B buyer journey, using audience research, market analysis, and direct stakeholder and customer interviews to identify where content is and isn't driving pipeline
  • Set the strategic direction for each account's content roadmap, aligning every deliverable to client revenue and pipeline goals rather than treating content as a standalone output
  • Enhance and optimize business operations through the deployment of AI technologies
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem to benefit your department's objectives
  • Ensure timely delivery of all Integrated Content workflows, maintaining 100% adherence to Power Digital's processes (Asana, Slack, Pulse)
  • Proactively surface strategic insights and business-critical updates to both internal and client teams, positioning yourself as the point of authority on the account's content direction
  • Stay ahead of B2B content marketing trends and AI-driven content practices, educating clients on recommended actions and future strategy
  • Lead cross-functional content initiatives, coordinating with Paid Media, SEO/AEO, Creative, and Sales teams to ensure content strategy operates as the connective tissue across channels
  • Independently manage a book of B2B client accounts, ensuring comprehensive strategic and operational coverage
  • Execute 100% of Integrated Content deliverables with high accuracy and quality (no errors that would yield a negative impact to revenue for clients)
  • Set informed content goals and forecasts based on historical client data and current audience needs, with the ability to adapt or re-forecast as market and account conditions shift
  • Lead communication with internal and client teams including C-level stakeholders
  • Power Circuit Completion & Adoption on applicable accounts
  • On time for all deliverables & launches
  • Other applicable or related duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a B2B Integrated Content Marketing role with direct client-facing experience, ideally supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • A journalism or copywriting foundation is strongly preferred. This discipline underpins credible strategic recommendations and gives this person authority when writing or reviewing high-stakes B2B content
  • Advanced understanding of data analysis and data visualization utilizing tools such as (but not limited to): HubSpot, Salesforce, GA4, Figma, or Unbounce
  • Advanced, fluent proficiency with AI tools as a core part of the strategic workflow, specifically Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity — used for research, ideation, drafting, and content operations at scale
  • Advanced knowledge of B2B Integrated Content strategy spanning thought leadership, lead magnets, sales enablement material, whitepapers, research reports, one-sheeters, brochures, brand website copy, sales and conversion-focused landing pages, and brand messaging, with a focus on aligning every deliverable to business goals and revenue priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy including defining the content thesis for an account and defending it under scrutiny
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills for strategy planning, task delegation, and reviewing deliverables across a high-volume, high-complexity account load
  • Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback to team members supporting on accounts, with proven experience training and upleveling other strategists or writers
  • Proactive, solution-oriented problem solver with a team-player mentality and a bias toward original thinking over templated execution
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with proven ability to present integrated content strategy and sales pitch presentations directly to C-suite executives, tailoring storytelling for the room and delivering actionable, defensible recommendations under executive scrutiny
  • Forward-thinking, product-level perspective on the content offering itself; someone who proposes new formats, services, and approaches rather than only refining what already exists

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
