A day in the life:

The primary responsibility of the Data Access Manager is to provide best-in-class support for prospective clients during Power Digital's sales cycle, guiding them through our Access & Integration process to ensure all necessary data sources are connected to our internal systems. This role is the connective tissue between our Revenue and Analyst teams during new business vetting—ensuring our Analysts have the platform access they need to deliver a complete and accurate marketing assessment.

The Data Access Manager builds trust quickly with prospective clients through clear communication, high emotional intelligence, and a consistently positive experience. They are an effective English speaker who can calmly and confidently guide clients through technical access requirements, maintaining a professional and solutions-oriented attitude throughout. Platform-specific expertise can be learned on the job—the ability to build rapport, problem-solve access challenges, and represent the Power Digital brand well is what matters most.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective clients during the data access and integration phase of the sales cycle
  • Partner closely with the Revenue and Analyst teams to coordinate platform access ahead of and during marketing audits
  • Manage prospective client onboarding environments
  • Maintain and evolve the library of Access & Integration materials
  • Regularly update internal documentation as platform access processes change over time
  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize Access & Integration processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's nova ecosystem as it relates to your department

Role Requirements:

  • Training and Onboarding Expertise: Experience guiding clients or customers through onboarding processes and conducting effective training sessions
  • Problem-Solving Experience: Background in addressing and resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software-related context
  • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Familiarity with using analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting
  • Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks
  • Familiarity with the access protocol for the following platforms a plus:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Ads
    • Meta Ads
    • TikTok Ads
    • Pinterest Ads
    • HubSpot, Salesforce, and similar CRMs
    • Klaviyo & similar ESPs
    • Shopify & similar CDPs
  • Familiarity with marketing and financial KPIs is a plus

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Access Request Velocity: Decrease avg. days to complete access requests (OKR = 7 days or less)
  • First-Touch Completeness Rate: % of appraisals where no follow-up access requests were needed after the initial outreach.
  • Integration Completion Rate: % of available integrations completed once access is granted (OKR = 100%)
