PLI is searching for a Multimedia professional to fill the role of Associate Media Specialist (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In this role, you will monitor multiple video feeds during each program looking for any issues related to the audio and video quality. The associate media specialist is responsible for the content meeting the desired PLI expectations with careful, accurate, procedural application of established industry standards for video streaming production.
- Maintain day to day management of network media throughout its life cycle. (Ingest, QC, Edit & Archive)
- Help the Post-Production Team handle the day-to-day execution of digital media projects ensuring timely deliverables.
- Uses a variety of industry standard & custom-built software applications, to edit and deliver on-demand recordings from live seminars for a website library customer base.
- Assist with team documentation and guideline updates for content production.
- Day-to-day support on media testing roadmap and operational tasks.
- Maintains clear communication with clients and colleagues around deliverables, utilizing remote technology processes, established business channels and in-person communication.
- Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS in related area or 2 plus years of experience in communications.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiar with all phases of video production including editing and web publication.
- Must be able to prioritize productions and interact professionally with a wide range of internal/external clients.

Compensation Range for this position
$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
