Design Operations Manager

PLI is searching for a Marketing professional to fill the role of Design Operations Manager (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). The Design Operations Manager will support our creative team as part of PLI’s marketing department. Our ideal candidate has a holistic understanding of production processes and design systems beyond a specific platform, is skilled in creative project management, resource management, digital design, print production, and can assist our designers in Adobe and Figma.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Manage (PM) day-to-day design department operations
- Understand legacy production processes and migrate to a digital platform
- Implement design direction 360 degrees, from digital to print
- Manage communications with project owners
- Assist the team with design projects
- Identify areas for process improvement
- Brand asset management (print and digital)
- Other duties, as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- 4-6 years of full-time professional experience with agency or in-house teams, not including education or internships
- Project Management experience (Monday, Asana, Notion, or similar) required
- Familiarity with Copywriting (marketing, email, ad) is a plus
- Visual Design experience (graphic, motion) is required
- UI/UX Design (Figma) required
- Print production experience required
- Publishing experience is a plus

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION
$85,000-$90,000 per annum (Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills and work experience.)
