Senior Data Analyst

PLI is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in SQL, Power BI, and DAX expressions. This role requires a passion for learning new skills and finding creative solutions to complex problems.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust data models using SQL, Power BI, and DAX expressions.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Create interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct data validation and ensure data integrity across all reports and dashboards.
- Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
- Other duties, as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and DAX expressions is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for learning new skills and technologies.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION
$80,000-$110,000 per annum
(Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills and work experience.)
