Product Manager, Digital Products

PLI is searching for a technology professional to fill the role of Product Manager, Digital Products (responsibilities and qualifications are described below). The Product Manager, Digital Products will help shape the future of our digital platforms. This individual will work across a diverse set of projects and will often focus on customer-facing initiatives that are more technically oriented, while also collaborating on features that blend business objectives, user needs, and technical considerations.
This role is highly collaborative. The Product Manager, Digital Products will play a central role in shaping and delivering the team’s roadmap, bringing technical perspective and business alignment to a range of initiatives. They will work closely with other product managers and cross-functional partners, co-developing customer-centric features that benefit from multiple perspectives to ensure well-rounded, successful outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Shape and deliver the team’s shared roadmap, contributing technical perspective and business alignment
- Proactively identify opportunities, set priorities, and advance projects, ensuring timely updates and manager alignment.
- Drive the planning and delivery of technically oriented customer-facing features, for example partner APIs, SSO, AI-enabled solutions, and mobile innovations, ensuring new technologies are leveraged to improve the user experience
- Partner with engineering to evaluate solution options, understand tradeoffs, and communicate impacts clearly to manager and team
- Translate business and user needs into clear product requirements, specifications, and other documentation that guide technical teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including design, engineering, QA, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
- Use SQL and analytics dashboards to track feature performance and help discover new areas of focus
- Learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms as projects evolve
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4+ years of product management experience with exposure to digital platforms or technology-driven initiatives
- Familiarity with AI applications, analytics systems, mobile technologies, or personalization-driven features
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies and clear communication
- Proven track record as a collaborator who helps teams succeed through partnership
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with the ability to bring structure, clarity, and direction to complex situations
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating active listening and a calm, professional demeanor
- Confidently prioritize work, decline lower-value requests when needed, and reinforce clear role boundaries while maintaining constructive relationships
- Proficiency in SQL or similar data tools a plus
- Curiosity and ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION
$130,000 - $145,000 per annum
(Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills and work experience.)
