This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in the following locations: Texas, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Washington, Wisconsin, Oregon, and Florida.
Your Mission: Ensure successful product releases
- We're looking for an Associate Delivery Director to lead product delivery and account growth. In this role, you'll define success, drive projects, and develop products that deliver business results for clients and have a profound effect on the financial services sector.
- You will act as a trusted pre-sales consultant, utilizing your expertise to elicit insights, success criteria, and business constraints. Your leadership will be pivotal in overseeing multiple accounts and projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
- As a coach and manager, you will monitor direct reports’ performance, fostering their growth while optimizing delivery through effective resourcing, team engagement, and performance management. You'll also cultivate camaraderie within your teams, ensuring our Core Values resonate throughout your portfolio and the PMO discipline.
- Your expertise will guide successful project delivery and influence the strategic direction of our engagements, making a meaningful impact on our clients’ success.
- Lead Portfolio: Oversee successful product delivery for multiple accounts and projects. Provide end-to-end project supervision to ensure successful delivery within budget, effectively managing the roadmap and milestones.
- Define Success: Frame and lead product, resourcing, and account approaches that ensure account growth and profitable delivery.
- Structure Engagements: Act as sales consultant, eliciting insights, demonstrating expertise, cultivating relationships.
Your Qualifications
- You are a proven client leader. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience leading clients in professional services to develop custom software solutions.
- You excel in complex project management. You possess a proven track record in managing complex enterprise software projects, including modernization initiatives and new product development, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals.
- You are technically proficient. You have a strong ability to build comprehensive project plans, understand technical requirements, manage resources, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- You deeply understand client needs. You possess a profound understanding of client needs, industry dynamics, and business processes, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that drive value and meet specific client objectives.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $151,300 to $160,500 + benefits listed above. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
