Sr. Associate, Community Events & Programs
About Praxis
Praxis began in 2011 with a desire to support and equip Christian entrepreneurs and has grown steadily into a 25+ person, NY-centric team advancing the redemptive quests of founders, funders, and innovators motivated by their faith to address the major issues of our time. As a $12M+/year nonprofit with ambitious growth plans, we’re expanding our venture-building work globally, organizing around the major issues of our time, and building media and more to activate the redemptive potential of Christians around the world. We see our team as the first carriers of the mission, building an organization that is great to work at, excellent in its craft, and redemptive in its finances as well as its programs.
The Role
This early-career builder role is designed for someone eager to gain deep experience in community program operations, hospitality, and event production while contributing directly to the excellence and growth of the Praxis community. Reporting to the Director, Summit & Community, the Sr. Associate will play a critical role in supporting the execution of Praxis gatherings and strengthening the systems and processes that power our global network of founders, funders, and innovators.
While a significant portion of this role centers on the production and logistics of key Praxis events—such as the flagship Praxis Summit, the Redemptive Investing Gathering, and monthly ORI Forums—the Sr. Associate will also contribute meaningfully to community program management, communications, and operational systems that enable our team to serve the Praxis community year-round.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized operator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves bringing order to complexity, and is motivated by creating seamless experiences and systems that foster meaningful relationships. This role is ideal for someone with strong potential who is excited to learn, contribute across multiple domains, and grow into larger responsibilities over time.
*This may be an Associate or a Senior Associate level role based on experience.
