Research Coordinator - Primary Data Collection

Our Evidence Generation team is hiring a Research Coordinator to join our team of research professionals conducting HEOR studies in the pharmacy and biotech space; operating as a thought leader, problem solver and data expert.

This is a fully remote position.

About You:

  • You are an experienced health economics and outcomes research consultant with an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and medical affairs and can anticipate client needs.
  • You have expertise in the operations needs of primary data collection studies including focus groups, in-depth interviews, and surveys.
  • You have excellent organization skill and attention to detail and can perform project operations and management tasks independently.
  • You can anticipate and identify considerations relevant to ensuring projects run on time and on budget, including potential facilitators of and barriers to successful project and task execution.
  • You are comfortable presenting to and interacting with clients across functions.

Essential functions of the job include but are not limited to:

  • Drafts update slides for regular client update meetings under guidance from senior team members with methodological/subject matter expertise
  • Drafts minutes and actions from project update meetings and identifies clear actions from project update meetings
  • Communicates with clients on calls and supports senior team members in responding to emails
  • Contributes to development of proposals and presentations under guidance of more senior team members with methodological/subject matter expertise
  • Ensures timely communication on the process and supports updates on delivery of project subcomponents, by supporting the process.
    • Tracks against and updating project timelines, and flags changes to estimates of required hours
  • Tracks research and coordination across internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinates communication with study team, client, and partners, which may include patient advocacy groups, community-based organizations, and academic institutions
  • Assists with the delivery of components of projects by collaborating with other staff members to ensure high quality outputs

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, or science (biology/biochemistry etc.)
  • Years of Experience 2-4 years
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Tableau advantageous
  • Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team
  • Attention to detail
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Highly developed reasoning and problem-solving skills

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

Reasonable estimate of the current range

$84,000 - $117,000 USD
