
Senior Marketing Manager, Paid Media

Precision AQ is seeking an experienced and data-driven Senior Marketing Manager – Paid Media to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our paid media programs across digital channels. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will play a critical part in driving pipeline growth, brand visibility, and campaign performance through targeted, high-impact media investments. The ideal candidate is a performance marketing expert with deep experience in B2B digital advertising, capable of translating business goals into scalable media strategies that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and lead a comprehensive paid media strategy aligned with business objectives, campaign goals, and audience segmentation.
- Own media planning and channel mix across platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic.
- Establish performance benchmarks and KPIs to guide investment decisions and campaign optimization.
Sponsorship & Industry Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and manage paid sponsorship opportunities with key industry organizations, associations, and publications.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sponsorships with campaign goals, event calendars, and brand positioning.
- Oversee the execution of sponsorship deliverables, including digital placements, co-branded content, and event participation.
- Track and report on sponsorship performance and ROI to inform future investment decisions.
Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage end-to-end execution of paid media campaigns, including audience targeting, creative testing, bidding strategies, and landing page optimization.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously test and refine messaging, creative, and targeting to improve ROI and conversion rates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with teams to ensure paid media aligns with messaging frameworks and integrated campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and ensure best-in-class media buying practices.
- Support go-to-market initiatives with paid media strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Budget & Performance Management
- Manage paid media budgets with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
- Forecast spend and performance, ensuring alignment with quarterly and annual marketing goals.
- Leverage attribution models and analytics tools to evaluate channel effectiveness and inform investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media strategy and execution.
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel paid media campaigns with measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar.
- Experience working in a high-growth, data-driven B2B environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
- Understanding of SEO and organic growth strategies to complement paid efforts.
- Experience mentoring junior marketers or managing agency partners.
