Job Summary

Precision Medicine is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician (New Product Line Support) to support pharmacy operations within our Boca Raton, Florida location.

This role will support non-sterile compounding workflow, prescription fulfillment, packaging, inventory management, and production support for expanding pharmacy initiatives and newly introduced product lines within a fast-paced compounding environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with non-sterile compounding preparations including creams, capsules, suspensions, troches, ointments, and other customized medications
  • Accurately weigh, measure, mix, package, and label compounded medications
  • Follow USP <795> guidelines, internal SOPs, and pharmacy procedures during compounding and fulfillment operations
  • Support pharmacists with prescription fulfillment and workflow coordination
  • Maintain compounding logs, batch records, ingredient documentation, and inventory records
  • Assist with inventory management, restocking, expiration checks, and raw material organization
  • Operate, clean, and maintain compounding equipment according to pharmacy procedures
  • Support packaging, shipping, and fulfillment operations as needed
  • Assist with expanding operational workflows and newly introduced product line initiatives
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready compounding environment
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacy staff and leadership to ensure timely and accurate prescription fulfillment

Required Qualifications

  • Active Florida Pharmacy Technician license in good standing
  • Prior pharmacy technician experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow SOPs and standardized procedures
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a compounding pharmacy environment
  • Familiarity with USP <795> standards
  • Experience with non-sterile compounding preparations
  • Experience working in high-volume pharmacy environments
  • Experience supporting pharmacy inventory and operational workflows

Saturday through Wednesday

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
