Sr. Manager, Marketing (Lead Generation & Digital) - Pharma

Position SummaryThe Sr Manager, Marketing is a strategic role responsible for driving lead generation, promotional activities and the development of sales collateral across web and social media channels. This role is pivotal in shaping Precision AQ’s marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and optimizing marketing channels to achieve business growth. The Sr Manager, Marketing will work closely with cross-functional teams, including BD, product development, and executive leadership to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive lead generation strategies to drive high-quality leads.
  • Utilize channel & CRM analytics to track lead generation performance and optimize campaign.
  • Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up processes.

2. Promotion Across Web and Social:

  • Oversee and manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, LinkedIn advertising, and email marketing.
  • Craft and execute compelling promotional content tailored for various digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze digital campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

3. Website Management:

  • Responsible for the management and maintenance of the Precisionaq.com website, ensure it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search.
  • Implement best practices for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide recommendations for enhancements.

4. Content Calendar Management:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives and business goals.
  • Coordinate the creation, approval, and distribution of content across various channels.
  • Ensure content consistency and alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

5. Strategic Planning:

  • Support the development of annual strategic marketing plan including details on marketing tactics, messages, channels, and responsible parties
  • Develop channel-specific strategies that ladder up to the overarching marketing strategy.
  • Ensure cohesive approach across all marketing efforts.

 

Measures of Success:

1. Marketing Campaign Performance: 

  • Engagement Rates: Monitor engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, downloads, video views, and overall interaction with marketing content.
  • Conversion Rates: Track the percentage of leads converted to customers through marketing campaigns.
  • Click-Through Rates (CTR): Measure the effectiveness of email and digital ad campaigns by tracking CTR.
  • Return on Investment (ROI): Evaluate the financial return of marketing campaigns relative to their cost.
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Calculate the cost of acquiring a new customer through marketing efforts.
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV): Assess the long-term value generated from marketing-acquired/influenced customers.

2. Lead Generation and Nurturing:

  • Lead Volume: Track the number of leads generated from marketing activities, including net-new leads.
  • Lead Quality: Evaluate the quality of leads based on their alignment with targets (MQLs).
  • Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate: Measure the efficiency of the lead nurturing process.

3. Digital and Social Media Metrics: 

  • Website Traffic: Monitor increases in website visitors and page views.
  • SEO Performance: Track keyword rankings, organic traffic growth, and backlinks.
  • Social Media Growth: Measure growth in followers, engagement, and reach on social media platforms.

4. Content Effectiveness: 

  • Content Performance: Evaluate the performance of marketing content based on engagement metrics.
  • Content Production: Ensure timely creation and distribution of content according to the content calendar.

5. Brand Awareness and Perception: 

  • Brand Mentions: Track mentions and discussion of the brand across digital and social media.
  • Sentiment Analysis: Assess public perception and sentiment towards the brand.

6. Stakeholder Satisfaction: Maintain high levels of satisfaction among internal stakeholders and partners.

7. Innovation and Improvement: Continuously introduce innovative ideas and improvements to the campaign strategy, leveraging best practices and innovative approaches to enhance effectiveness and engagement.

 

Qualifications:

Minimum Required:

  • Minimum 7 yrs of experience in marketing with a focus on lead generation, digital marketing, and content management.
  • Experience in healthcare/pharma industry preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM and marketing automation systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, but also adept at creativity and innovation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or other related field.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare/pharma industry.
  • Proficiency with CMS; HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience with search engine marketing tools (e.g. Semrush).
  • Familiarity of CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding and experience with project management platforms (Asana, Workfront, Teams, etc).

This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.
