Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, Marketing Operations to lead the operational execution of marketing programs and processes. This role involves greater autonomy, ownership of marketing systems, and cross-functional project management responsibilities. You will play a pivotal role in improving workflows, managing resources, and providing actionable insights to drive marketing efficiency and alignment. You will play a pivotal role in improving workflows, managing resources, driving projects to completion, and providing actionable insights to enhance marketing efficiency and alignment. This hands-on role includes, process optimization, project management, media coordination, updates for the website and internal marketing communications. This role supports alignment of marketing processes and key stakeholders, coordination of marketing programs, facilitating conference planning and optimizing content on the Precision for Medicine website. 

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations and Management:

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Ensure timely and high-quality campaign deployment while maintaining alignment with strategic goals
  • Provide project management support for PFM conferences, virtual events, and brand-level initiatives (e.g., B2B newsletters, video development, thought leadership content, public relations, collateral updates, and social media campaigns).
  • Identify and maintain the status of cross-company events and customer activities (e.g., market research, conference schedules).

Marketing Systems and Technology:

  • Manage and optimize marketing tools and integrations (CRM, marketing automation, and analytics).
  • Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain data quality, including troubleshooting.

 Website and Content Management:

  • Support in PFM website updates and performance, ensuring optimal user experience and alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee content workflows, calendars, and optimization strategies.
  • Manage and repurpose content (e.g., turning virtual presentations into PR pitches, articles, and social media posts).

Project and Resource Management:

  •  Ability to build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and manage expectations
  • Lead marketing operations projects, ensuring milestones are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  •  Engage in all aspects of project management to understand the routing process across PFM Marketing departments.
  • Serve as a central coordinator for cross-functional teams to streamline workflows.
  • Manage daily Asana Board to reflect current status of each project.
  • Schedule kickoff meetings and team regroups.
  • Provide clear communication and direction to all shared service departments.
  • Follow standard company processes for project development and execution
  • Maintain a working knowledge of server and Workfront files to support communication and information sharing across business units.
  • Manage and update multiple resource libraries, including:
    • Resource repository
    • Case study repository
    • Company bios and headshots
    • Survey results repository
  • Contribute to the PFM corporate marketing budget forecasting, planning, and invoicing process.
  • Manage weekly Marketing Operations status meetings.
  • Schedule meetings, manage attendee availability, provide necessary materials and background information, capture detailed notes, and provide meeting recaps and next steps.

Process Development and Training:

  • Contribute to marketing process refinement to enhance efficiency and scalability
  • Participate in the development, distribution, and updates to agency processes, including training during onboarding and as needed.

Data, Analytics, and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Create dashboards and reporting tools to track and communicate key performance metrics provide customer insights and customer journey mapping.
  • Support in gathering marketing analytics from sources like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics and also provide customer insights and customer journey mapping.
  • Manage and assemble regular marketing reports for senior leadership and the sales organization.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.

Additional Expectations:

  • Act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and technology teams to align operational goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends to implement innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Lead by example in adhering to and promoting compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members to build a collaborative, high-performing team.
  • Contribute to strategic planning by identifying operational opportunities to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Workfront, Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo) and website CMS platforms 
  • Strong project management skills, with experience using tools like Asana or Trello.
  • Advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • 0 to 3 years experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
  •  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate ideas and write clear and concise reports.

Preferred Skills

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile).
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • 1 to 3 years experience leading technical projects.
  • Strong understanding of creative production processes, including design, video production, and copywriting.
  •  Previous work experience within an advertising or marketing agency

Precision is required by law in some states or cities to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Precision, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.  This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, health insurance, retirement savings benefits, life insurance and disability benefits, parental leave, and paid time off for sick leave and vacation, among other benefits.

$88,000 - $132,000 USD
