
Creative Director, Brand Marketing
Precision AQ is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Creative Director to lead and execute the company’s digital and multimedia creative strategy. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing and is ideal for a multidisciplinary creative who thrives on both ideation and execution. The Creative Director will shape cohesive brand experiences across web, video, events, print, sales materials and internal communications— while managing freelance talent and laying the groundwork for a future in-house team.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute the creative vision for digital and multimedia marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business goals.
- Concept, design, and build digital assets including websites, landing pages, interactive content, and multimedia experiences.
- Convert strategic marketing plans into creative solutions that resonate with key audiences and reflect brand intent.
Hands-On Production
- Design and develop digital assets using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Produce multimedia content including motion graphics, video, and interactive presentations.
- Ensure all creative output is optimized for performance, accessibility, and brand consistency.
Freelancer & Vendor Management
- Source, brief, and manage freelance designers, developers, and creative vendors as needed.
- Oversee quality control and ensure timely delivery of outsourced creative work.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Functional teams to support campaigns, events, and product launches.
- Provide creative input and execution support across a wide range of marketing initiatives.
Brand Stewardship
- Maintain and evolve the Precision AQ visual identity across all digital and physical touchpoints.
- Ensure consistency in design language, tone, and messaging across all creative outputs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital design, creative direction, or multimedia production, with a strong portfolio of hands-on work.
- Proven ability to independently manage creative projects from concept through execution.
- Proficiency in design and development tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience managing freelance creatives and external vendors.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and digital accessibility standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B marketing or agency environments.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow) and marketing automation tools.
- Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design experience is a plus.

$122,000 - $173,000 USD
